Pricing Overview
Standard load pricing
Normal household junk pricing based on how much space your load takes in our 17-cubic-yard trailer.
Pricing Overview
Bulky item pricing
Oversized items like sectionals, king mattresses, sleeper sofas, large dressers, armoires, and big office desks follow bulky pricing.
Pricing Overview
Heavy material pricing
Concrete, rocks, dirt, brick, tile, and similar heavy loads follow weight-limited pricing rules.
We cannot take more than half a trailer of heavy materials.

Pricing overview
Text photos. See the price shape. Then lock in the pickup.
We price by trailer space first, then apply bulky-item or heavy-material rules when the load needs them. Final pricing is confirmed onsite.
Special fees
Special item fees
These items are not priced like normal household junk, so the website should answer them clearly instead of making customers guess.
Do you charge for tires?
Yes. Tires are priced per tire, not by trailer volume, because the landfill charges per unit.
What about paint, chemicals, or hazardous items?
We charge per container, not by trailer volume.
Do you take scrap metal?
Yes — at normal junk removal rates. If the scrap yard pays us, we credit that amount back to you.
Do you take yard debris?
Yes. Yard debris is $60 per cubic yard with a 3-yard minimum inside Bend. Travel fees apply outside Bend.
Services + rules
Services, booking, and onsite rules
These are the questions that reduce friction right before a customer books or texts photos.
Do you donate items?
Yes — by request. Pricing stays the same because donation sorting still takes handling time.
Do you remove hot tubs or sheds?
Yes. Hot tubs are priced by seat, and sheds, playsets, and similar structures are priced by size, materials, and labor.
Do you offer same-day or next-day service?
Yes — often both, depending on route capacity and access.
How do I book?
Text us photos and your address so we can build the estimate path fast.
When is payment due?
At job completion. We accept cash, card, and digital payments.
Will you move furniture inside the home?
Yes — furniture only. Labor charges may apply for larger moves. We do not remove appliances from inside homes.
Do you take appliances?
Yes, with important rules: appliances must be outside or in the garage, freon items have a $35 fee, refrigerators must be emptied and cleaned, and dishwashers are $120.
Can you take items from attics or basements?
Yes — but additional labor may apply for stairs or difficult access.
Can I leave items outside for pickup if I’m not home?
Yes — just send photos ahead of time so the crew knows exactly what is being picked up.
Start with photos
The fastest route to real pricing is still the photo estimator. Show us the load, access, and any specialty items first.
Route-aware scheduling
Same-day and next-day windows depend on crew routing and access, not vague calendar promises that fall apart later.
No hidden-fee posture
Labor, access, specialty items, and disposal rules are surfaced early so the quote stays trustworthy when it turns into a pickup.

Know the pricing shape before the truck rolls.
This page explains the rough load sizes, specialty hauling rules, and pricing signals customers care about before they book a pickup.
Why this matters
Keep the estimate path and service clarity obvious on every page.
Every page should still point back to the photo estimate flow, local coverage, real pricing clarity, and customer proof instead of drifting into generic brochure filler.
